The only personal detail creating an account needs is an e-mail address. Everything else is what you choose to record.
Your data is processed in the European Union. You can export all of it, and you can ask for the account to be erased.
People other than you may appear in your records — crew, clients. Those details are covered by both the export and the erasure.
